• Local delivery and pick-up options
   

We reserve the right to update or discontinue any service or product at our discretion.

All quote requests are non-binding until confirmed by Timber Hill Woodworks in writing.

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of pricing and specifications. Custom orders may require deposits and are non-refundable once production has begun.

Lead times vary depending on service type, product availability, and customer responsiveness.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change without notice.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved payment methods.

Full payment is due upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom work may require a deposit.

Delivery services are available within our service area. Timing and fees will be discussed at the time of order.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Timber Hill Woodworks is not liable for delays caused by third parties, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Customers must be present or provide secure delivery instructions at the time of drop-off.

Due to the nature of our products (custom-milled, natural wood), all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of confirmation and may not apply to custom work.

We stand by the quality of our materials and will address any concerns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly with any issues.

All content on this website — including logos, designs, photography, and copy — is the property of Hull Group LLC unless otherwise noted and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website by:

• Uploading or sharing false, harmful, or misleading content
