Meet the Founder – John T. Hull
From Porsche to Pine. From Corporate to Craft.
With a 25+ year career leading national brands like Sherwin-Williams and Porsche, founder John T. Hull knows what premium service looks like. After decades in the roofing and construction world — including running a consulting firm and overseeing million-dollar building diagnostics — John came home to his roots: wood.
After Hurricane Michael, when the Gulf Coast was covered in downed timber, John bought his first mill. What started as a hobby turned into a mission — reclaiming wood, honoring its beauty, and serving his community with better lumber than big box stores could offer.
Today, Timber Hill stands as a tribute to that legacy: one man’s passion, a team’s precision, and a region’s resilience.
